Yes I had to pay a higher emergency visit bill. I was happy to pay it since it would have cost me far more (at least double) at an emergency vet office. Even though we were squeezed in, Dr. Gifford took his time and diagnosed the issue quickly. The next morning I had a call from the tech to check in on the naughty puppy and later that evening a call from Dr Gifford to update us on the tests and to make sure she was still getting better and even answered additional questions I had. Yes an emergency vet would have helped her but not with the same love and concern for not only our baby but us humans as well. We have had nothing but positive things to say about Dr Gifford and his team.

Primary Pet Care
is not an Emergency Hospital
However, we do see emergency and urgent care cases as our schedule allows. Call us as soon as you can to schedule your appointment. If your pet is experiencing a life threatening emergency, take them right away to an official emergency hospital.
