We are doing everything we can to assure the safety of our clients and employees. We ask that anyone who is feeling ill (fever, coughing, sneezing, sore throat, flu like symptoms), or has potential exposure to COVID-19 to stay home and arrange for another individual to bring your pet for care. Masks are required if entering the clinic.
In an effort to honor social distancing, we are currently offering "curb-side" service. Upon arrival at Primary Pet Care, please call our office and let the front desk know. We will be out to speak with you shortly. This will allow our doctors and technicians to provide exceptional care for your pets while keeping everybody safe and healthy. We greatly appreciate your compliance with our effort to keep everyone safe!

About Dr. Gifford
Dr. Austin Gifford is a third generation Arizona native who truly knows and loves this state. He grew up in Chandler and has always lived in the East Valley. Dr. Gifford began his quest to become a Veterinarian through his love for animals and significant interest in medicine and biology.
Dr. Gifford obtained his Bachelor of Science in Animal Physiology and Behavior from Arizona State University. He then went on to earn his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Ross University while completing clinical rotations at Iowa State University.
In addition to caring for pets, Dr. Gifford enjoys being outdoors and exploring the diverse Arizona wilderness with his wife, son and two daughters. In his free time, Dr. Gifford loves trail running and mountain biking. The Gifford Family is obsessed with their dog, Stitch, who has been a faithful little sidekick during their journey. Stitch can’t seem to get enough of the warm weather and sunshine!
